HOW DO ANTI-SNORING APPLIANCES WORK?

Oral appliance therapy opens your airway to help prevent blockage (obstructions) caused by your tongue falling to the back of your mouth and throat- one of the major causes of snoring. They are custom-made to fit your mouth and provide proper management of snoring and various levels of sleep apnoea.


IS AN ORAL APPLIANCE RIGHT FOR ME?

An anti-snoring oral appliance may be effective if you suffer from:

  • Snoring
  • Sleep apnoea
  • Low energy
  • Daytime sleepiness / tiredness
